Hi, How can I delete my voicemail greeting. I recorded by mistake. I know how to re-record but I don’t want to have greeting on my voicemail. I want to have this ( you have reached mailbox no. xxxx). Can anyone give me some suggestions how to do that?

Call your voicemail
press 4 for personal options
then press 4 for personal preferences
then press 3 for access recorded name
then press 3 to delete your name recording

After your name recording is deleted, your voicemail greeting will revert the standard greeting.
