Existing customers....do you retain rewards (auto pay and years $ discount) if you change plans before renewal date?

you will retain your reward but this one time mid month plan change, PM won't apply the rewards on the bill. They will only apply during plan renewa

@CB51 Those rewards do not get applied for immediate plan changes but will be available for the following renewal, however, it's always recommended to Change at Next Renewal because of this and there's also no refunds/proration for unused days left in your current cycle either.
