      <title>Cannot see my current plan, after CC payment failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the 2016 fall promo plan. (12g data 3 month $120)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today it failed to pay on auto payment due to CC canceled. I went in and switch to another CC and paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I have an issue when I select "pay remaining due" so I had to manually put in $120.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then it returns an error and tell me to refresh the page. I did that and it seems to charged me $120 and renewed the plan but when I click&amp;nbsp;current plan link it throws an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can an admin please pm me and confirm my old promo plan is still active? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
