Cancelling promo text

Had a promo text come through and responded yes to the deal. Then went on to public mobile web site and found a better deal and signed up for it. will the promo text still take over on my net billing date or will the deal i signed up for online stay in affect?

@dynocridds What was the Promo deal? If it was a plan change, login to your self-serve account and see if there is an schedule plan change to be changed on the next renewal. If yes, you can cancel that and schedule another.

went on to my account and its just showing the plan I signed up for online. I cant see anything about an up and coming plan change in the promo one that I replied yes to through text.

Did you get the promo text before or after you activated? If it was before then no matter. If it was after then that's different? Is your current plan more or less $ than the text message promo?
