Order 337277. When is this being delivered ? It has been a least 12 Days since I ordered .

What did you order? SIM or phone?

Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days; some customers experienced even longer.

If it does not come within next 2 weeks, contact agent for assistance.

if it is a sim card order, it could take as many as 3 weeks, so it should come next week. Also, sim cards are sent via Canada Post, so, there is really no tracking

if it is a phone, or it is a sim card order but you want to confirm, you can open ticket

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Mine took quite awhile too, I thought it said 5-10 days, but when I went back and looked it said 5-10 business days.
