      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/282427"&gt;@klschaeffer28&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It needs to be restarted by PM to Bell to send the confirmation text to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So keep the Bell SIM in your phone since it is still working if your Bell account is still Active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, if you have waited more than 90 minutes, you will need to have the text resent to you because you need to authorize the transfer in order to port the number and close your account with Bell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
