I’m trying to update my credit card information but it is not being accepted. I keep getting a message saying that I need to pass security verification first. No verification code is being emailed to me. How do I update my account?

Are you suspended? If not use the SMS text option. If suspended you can pay by voucher and then use the SMS option. Once you gain access to your account you can disable 2FA in your profile. For info on vouchers and other forms of payment read this post....

@petertoronto- Short Message Service ie. real texting. Have you ever tried typing questions in an internet search engine like google?
