Desperately need help

I can no longer access my account. my old email was ********** this email has been deleted because of spam. my new email is ***********. When I login with my old email it brings me to a page that says SMP or email address. The problem is that SMP only appears for a micro second and then I am left with email address that no longer functions. Any tips

This is a public forum so please remove your personal emails by clicking on the reverse V in the circle or you will get a ton of spam.

Only a CS_Agent can change your email address once your credentials are confirmed. This is to avoid SIM swapping.

Type in Submit a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon above.

Their hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.
