      <title>Phone not able to make calls?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help! For the past 2 days, everytime I try to make a call on my cellphone this automated message comes "Hi Public mobile here, Sorry, your call can not be completed as dialed. Please try again". This happens with every number I try to call. This is also happening to my mom's public mobile phone as well. Any suggestions? I am all paid on my bills and I have tried restarting my phone. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
