I am getting no service. I called my previous provider, TELUS, to confirm my number was ported. My Public Mobile online account shows my correct phone number but I have no service. My phone shows Public Mobile 53.0 is my carrier when I go to settings in my phone but it also says Network Not Available. Please help.

@hmbouter

If you're old provider says you have successfully ported your phone number into public mobile and your account has been closed then you have ported over but then your problem is probably your sim card did not provision properly when you activated it. You will need to contact customer support to fix that for you. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Simon to submit a support ticket. Customer support closes in about 1 hour so submitting a ticket as soon as possible will likely get you the support you need tonight rather than having to wait for the morning. Check your private message box at the top right corner of your screen for a message from customer support after you submit your ticket.

It says "SOS only" for my service. I set up a "My account" and the webpage refuses my login. I've reset the password 2 times and still cannot submit a ticket! My phone is unlocked, there are no SIM restrictions. I've sent a private message but have no idea how I will receive a reply. Will it come in my email?
