I had a discount on my account for automated payments that discontinued after I updated my credit card (it had expired). Please reapply?

To be certain, you didn't switch to Public Points, did you?

So long as you are on the old reward program, your auto-pay discount of $2.00 will occur on your NEXT renewal.

The reward program values occur only on renewals (except the Community award for helping others which occur monthly and apply on the renewal following release of the monthly values)

Did the account suspend? Then is this the next renewal? Or did you just pay and had to pay full amount? What is your balance now?
