      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/282741"&gt;@Anumali&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;first, confirm if your data is really have 13 GB left.&amp;nbsp; Login to My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; This is to confirm you are not really old cached usage info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what kind of phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; If it is Android, make sure you didn't setup any data limit on the device.&amp;nbsp; Disable it and check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are on iPhone, make sure the app is enabled for mobile data or try different app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/282741"&gt;@Anumali&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;any chance you have data limit enabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, did you try using data at different places?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, just for testing, change the Preferred Network type or network mode to 3G ONLY (or WCDMA) and see if data works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
