      <title>SIM Network unlock PIN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just transferred a phone from PC Mobile to Public Mobile. However, it is requesting I put in a network unlock PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I phoned PC Mobile. They said the phone was&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;already&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;unlocked and gave me a code that didn't work. When it failed, they said to contact the new carrier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You're going to have to contact Bell/Virgin again.&amp;nbsp; Short of that, you will have to file a complaint with CCTS.&amp;nbsp; Bell is required to provide you with the unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
