      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/189246"&gt;@StephenAS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Some vouchers have a wait time of several hours before the funds become available, so try again &lt;EM&gt;later.&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; There's been many posts mentioning 611 isn't working properly right now (PM is aware and working on a fix) so try adding the voucher in the self serve account if your tried 611.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to login using incognito/private though to bypass the caching problems with the self serve site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
