      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; I've ordered a sim card and it has not arrived.&amp;nbsp; I've put in a ticket.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know what happens next?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/282454"&gt;@mjrob&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you wait for the customer support agents to respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will know they have when there is a little red number on the envelope icon in the upper right of your community screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding: &amp;nbsp; it can take many weeks to receive a SIM card. &amp;nbsp;If you need one sooner, you can always pick one up at a corporate Telus or Koodo or mobile klinic location. &amp;nbsp;Best to call ahead first to see if they have any in stock.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
