which roaming add-on you got? data? talk?

you were able to connect to T-MOBILE or not at all?

additionally...make certain you have Roaming enabled in the phone settings.

I'm in New York I have a talk & text add on and I got t-mobile service and it's terrible I want to get at&t service but I can't

hi @mlangsam AT &T has not been working for some time. Your only choice is just T-Mobile

if you have Talk roaming problem, try to enable VoLTE and see if it works, but it might not. If not, you have to use the 2G network for voice calls

With the PM 15 Day US Roaming add-on...your only option is to connect to T-Mobile. AT&T no longer connect.

You should be able to receive texts without the add-on...you just won't be able to send texts without the add-on.

Text should work just fine with the add-on.

Just make sure to try connecting to T-Mobile and then give it a few minutes.
