you can disable Autopay by dialing 611 and follow prompts.

Do I need call 611 from public mobile number or any number? I have lost my sin that’s why confirming with you

From any phone dial 1.855.4PUBLIC. Enter your 10 digit phone number and follow the prompts.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Remove tick mark

Try calling 611 from your mobile phone or dial 1-855-478-2542 from ay phone and follow prompts.

i cancelled my Visa but can't seem to get back overpayments over last 4 months.
