      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137717"&gt;@Lehaha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which provider is she trying to port from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is always better&amp;nbsp; to use account number as the porting information, less chance of error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can also try&amp;nbsp; to provide IMEI instead.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Android&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Tap About phone.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll down until you find "IMEI."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On iPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; General and tap About.&lt;BR /&gt;Look for the serial number. You might need to scroll down to find the IMEI/MEID, and ICCID.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137717"&gt;@Lehaha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your friend can provide IMEI for the porting information.&amp;nbsp; But if your friend use IMEI, the phone must have the old carrier sim card now and turned on and connected to the old carrier&amp;nbsp; or the system won't be able to look up the IMEI number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
