I have a friend is going to join PM but she forgot her old phone company’s 4 digits password, I remember there’s other way to find the cellphone’s registered number but I forgot how to do it, help thanks 🙏

@Lehaha Can your friend sign into the self serve of there current provider and find number there / change it if needed

@Lehaha which provider is she trying to port from?

it is always better to use account number as the porting information, less chance of error

But you can also try to provide IMEI instead.

On Android

Tap About phone.
Scroll down until you find "IMEI."

On iPhone

Go to Settings > General and tap About.
Look for the serial number. You might need to scroll down to find the IMEI/MEID, and ICCID.

your friend can provide IMEI for the porting information. But if your friend use IMEI, the phone must have the old carrier sim card now and turned on and connected to the old carrier or the system won't be able to look up the IMEI number

If you are looking for the IMEI for her phone. Go to the dial pad and hit *#06# to get the IMEI number.
