    <description>&lt;P&gt;It does seem like ever since the volte roll out the transition to it has caused some calling issues, but once on the lte network you'll notice call quality go up along with reliability.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/190148"&gt;@Trbloue2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;try to power off the phone for 5 mins first, then power up and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still does not work , try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. change your Network mode or Preferred network type to 3G and see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. change the network back to Automatic or 4G (or LTE) , then check your Connection page and make sure VoLTE is enabled, see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Try using your phone in another area if possible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Try your PM sim card in another phone and if f it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
