My plan says i have unlimited texts and calls but it wont work even with my data on.

Do you use Native SMS app or some 3rd party app?

With native app if you have service SMS should go through. Only MMS require Data on for native texting app.

Did you recently ported your old number over to PM?

If so, you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.

I had this happen to me recently and I ended up turning my phone off and on (or may have just turned on airplane mode and off). But it worked. Hopefully it's a quick fix for you!
