there has been some problem with *611 at the moment

Try calling 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your phone number. This is the same as using *611, you can top up your voucher there

Or you can also login to Self Serve My Account and load the voucher that way

Try calling 1-855-478-2542 or log in to your account and pay manually using voucher or registered credit card.
