Is it common practice to close an account before you have refunded the persons money? I see nothing refunded to my visa on my visa please do not steal my money from me.

Hello @Amanda

As Shazia and I have mentioned, the refund will take 7 business days to process, and it has so far been 2 days. You also mentioned that you did not want to continue services with PM, and requested a refund therefor the account was closed (as you wanted).

Please allow for the payment department to process your request.

I still have not recieved a refund can someone please look into that it is a lot of money and I and counting on it . I was told 185.00 plus taxes would be reimbursed to my Visa account. Please let me know if this is being done Today August 23rd!!!!
