Might be a cause for some of the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Service-Impacts/td-p/955119" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Resolved-Service-Impacts/td-p/955119&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try rebooting your phone. Leave phone off for about 5 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn airplane mode on, then off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For calling out, try add 1 or +1 in front of area code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
