    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281843"&gt;@mjdsouza55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is it Koodo prepaid or postpaid?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo prepaid requires customer service assistance after taking a temporary number at activation via chatbot here:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo postpaid number can usually by transferred over at activation but you would need the old SIM in your phone to respond to the transfer SMS within 90 minutes window with a YES.&amp;nbsp; If you missed this step then call the Telus porting # and they can ask Koodo to resubmit the transfer text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check your message inbox top right for the Telus porting which I'll send via private message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the double charge, it could be a pending charge that gets posted twice (especially during weekends) on the CC which gets corrected after a couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Switching from Koodo and got charged twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to keep my current number from koodo but the directions go in circles, plus I got charged for a temporary number it said I needed to switch. I only want my current number so if anyone can help that'd be great, thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not what you mean by charged for a temporary number. Credit card charged twice? If you are Koodo prepaid you will need to start with a new number and once talk and text work, contact customer support to port your old number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
