You will need to contact customer service agent to change email.

Submit a ticket for CSA help.

@sjpryor , unfortunately only Customer Support Agents “CSA” can do that for you!

Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Agents by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.
