      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no access to my email to retrieve a code as my email requires a code as well via \SMS and you have shut my phone down without warning as the expiry date on my \cc is no good - please turn on service so \i can access my email to get a code so \i can update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thought there would have been a little more warning than there was - shutting off the phone so quickly after payment attempt is not cool - option via text to update CC expiry would be good option if possible. submitted ticket and got a response but nothing after I responded - waiting.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
