Try to reboot the phone once and make sure it connected to T-Mobile

@ouditlall What roaming addon you got? Data roaming? or voice?

and it connected to T-Mobile?

If you have Data roaming, make sure you have turned on Roaming Data on your device

If you have voice, try to do 2 things:

1. try VoLTE. Enable VoLTE from your device, it should be somewhere on the Connection page

2. if that does not work, try to manually change the Preferred network type or network mode to 2G and see if it works

did you try in different area of the city/town?

On your phone, you confirmed Roaming Mobile data is enabled? that is critical

Also, login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm you see the US roaming data is showing up in the My Add-on section and you have mobile data left

Make sure data roaming is turned on on your phone as well. Go into network settings.

Also have you logged into your account in Incognito Mode to ensure the add one was in fact put on your account?
