    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a google pixel phone. It has always worked without any problems. I have been with PM for a few years, never had an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last week, calls stopped working. both ingoing and outgoings. It would instantly say "Invalid number". Then it worked back for a few days. Most of this week, same issue. No ingoing or outgoing calls. Today, calls seem to be working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im in Montreal if it matters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a google pixel phone. It has always worked without any problems. Did you try to choose the airplane mode few minutes and going back to normal after? Can you try the 3G network only if it’s make a difference?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/42999"&gt;@makhancora&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; it could be an issue from VoLTE enabling.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to turn off the phone for 5 mins, then power up and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to enable VoLTE on your device :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Tap the Settings icon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.Tap Network &amp;amp; Internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Tap Mobile Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.Tap the status switch beside VoLTE to toggle Voice Over LTE on and off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still does not work, open ticket with PM Support and they might need to reset your account from their end&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;1. Same problem on another phone with the same SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. No outage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I've reset my phone 100s o itmes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. 3G, LTE, 5G, no difference&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this isnt fixed by next week I'm transferring to another service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
