You can do this on the self-serve site.

The only information you CAN'T update, is the self-serve e-mail address.

As far as changing plans, it's under the Plans and Add On's section. Select from 3g or 4g, scroll through the options, then select to change plan on renewal date as there are no refunds on what's left of your current cycle nor is there any proration of the new plan amount if you choose change plan now.

Find the plan of your choice..then select Change plan now OR Change plan on next renewal.
