Just contact a CS_Agent for a replacement. Submit a ticket through SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also order them from Canadian Cell Supplies for $5 online or from.Amazon or best to go to your local Telus/Koodo store if you ina rush.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
