      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281566"&gt;@Chekit10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; so, you don't have service now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probably just an Autopay failure.&amp;nbsp; It happens from time to time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make a manual payment to restart the service.&amp;nbsp; You can do so by accessing My Account or using *611 (but you need your 4 digits PIN with *611)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
