I am trying to add a voucher to my phone and my #611 isn’t working. It beeps twice and then hangs up.

Can you make other calls? Try 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and see if you can enter the voucher. You can do this from any phone as well.

Is there a reason why you're not using the login account?

Hi @Shaunna try load the voucher by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC

and where and when you got the voucher? it gave you the beep and hang up, not saying voucher invalid, right??
