If I change my plan to upgrade my 3 g speed plan to a 4G speed option which is the same monthly payment do I get to keep all my established rewards?

hi @Rena yes, changing plan won't affect rewards. You will be on the same rewards system and earn the same rewards

You will keep all your rewards/add-ons but your promotions won't carry through!

Yes just don't switch to points in your rewards account. You can safely ignore the messaging about points listed under the plan description in self serve.
