      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted you because I didn't receive it after more than a month of purchasing the SIM, and you promised to send it again 2 weeks ago, but I still haven't received it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when can I get it?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Some customers experience longer than 10 business days for SIM delivery. I would suggest wait a week or so and then contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
