      <description>&lt;P&gt;My valid credit card works on other sites and did before on here. &amp;nbsp;It will now not accept the card I want to use. &amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/281439"&gt;@Emac1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; is your account current active or supsended?&amp;nbsp; Check if the phone service is working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For credit card payment, wait an hour an try again using My Account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;using incognito mode.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; If it fails once, don't try again on My Account, try pay via *611 if you have the 4 digits PIN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if nothing wait, you can either get a voucher from store and load via *611&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or better way is to open ticket with PM support and have them investigate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.
