Hi, I would like to know if the 100 minutes in the $15 monthly plan includes the mins of outgoing and incoming calls? Or is it just 100 minutes of outgoing calls, but unlimited incoming calls? Thank you~~

In addition to what others have said, I would like to point out that any calls you make to canadian-based toll-free numbers (1-800 and the like) will NOT deplete your minutes.

Inbound calls aren't free, they're "included" in the $15 too. 😉
