      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get into my account to add money as it wants a code from the email.&amp;nbsp; I can't get into the email as I need a code from the phone number.&amp;nbsp; The card on file was destroyed and a new card was issued so we can not add funds through *611.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyway to get into your account without these ridiculous codes that I cannot access?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Or buy them online. Or get to Mobil gas and use real time payments (they also sell vouchers but I don't know if there's a delay)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
