Date Deducted from Reward 1GB Add On before In-Plan Data

Hi, why would PM deduct data usage from my Reward 1GB Data Add On (from referral) when I still have 10GB of 12GB plan still available?

The Reward data Add on can be carry over to the next billing cycle. As such, the In-Plan data should be used up before the reward data.

Would any Moderator please comment on this matter.

This is an issue that unfortunately has been experienced by some people during the recent promotion. In order to have have a moderator review your account and make any corrections, send them a private message using this link: =@CS_Agent, provide them with your name, account number and an explanation of the issue and they will be able to look into the matter for you.
