I just didn't want to fake create a new account to test it. Plans may all be in the activation pages as is showing our My Accounts.

However, there's no need to do this. Currently, all plans avaialble to both new and existing customers are identical. New customers can activate any of the current plans, includding the $65/35GB 4G plan.
