Hi,

I am unable to make outgoing calls for certain numbers especially toll free numbers and public authority numbers. I have done following so far couple of times but did not work.

1) Switch off the phone and restarted

2) Tried airplan mode

3) change network to public mobile

My brother had same issues last week. Someone has to reset his server from public mobile site. Is there anyone can help me reset server for me from public mobile?

@ck7 - we cannot do anything to your account, as we are customers and members here on the forum.

Where you able to call these numbers before? Perhaps they are not numbers to be reached from Canada. If you should be able to call them, contact CSA to look into it.
