      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello... I am having problems signing into my Self-Serve account.&amp;nbsp; This seems to be an ongoing problem with my account as I can see from the message history.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to reset the password a number of times but keep getting a message telling me that it could not be changed at this time.&amp;nbsp; This is after I have green check marks indicating all the fields are filled in correctly.&amp;nbsp; Could you please assist me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
