    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, I activated a friend of mines phone to public mobile last week. He switched his number From Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when caller A tried to call the new added account all that happens is he get the 1UT1 message of the caller is unavailable. He is sitting about 5 feet from phone B (newly added number)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone A/B can text back and forth without problem, and phone B can call phone A. However phone A CANNOT call phone B. It's strange and I can not figure it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know what what be the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
