      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280925"&gt;@halesbabe03&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you purchase your voucher? &amp;nbsp;Some vouchers do take about 24 hours to "activate". &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that you are entering the right numbers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to enter either via your self service account or by calling 611 on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
