      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your self serve account and you can intiate the port under Change Phone Number. Prepare yourself for a long delay. Fongo is notoriously slow with porting. Be sure to enter the required fields accurately; any small error can cause problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, you'll just need some patience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know tomorrow if it's still not moved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fongo should&amp;nbsp;continue to function until the port is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did activate the PM service, but not a new number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the prompts and selected the option to port in, which prompted me to fill-in a form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;did fill-in the form and provided an alternate phone number, as requested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PM service activated on the alternate phone number I provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now waiting for the port-in of the number (currently with FONGO) which I submitted in the application.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perfect; the port is now in progress. With Fongo "progress"&amp;nbsp;has been something of an exaggeration.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12858"&gt;@Jw﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unfortunately, porting a number in from VoIP providers like Fongo tends to take quite long, can be up to a week or so. &amp;nbsp;This is the same as with porting in numbers from home phone services. &amp;nbsp;Fortuantely porting from other wireless providers is quite quick provided eveyrthing goes smoothly. &amp;nbsp;Sorry you are stuck waiting. Hope it completes soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
