      <title>Phone plan not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid my bill for March and it seems my account is not kicking in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went back to store and confirmed it went through&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened yesterday&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still going on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No call in or out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says my balance is 2.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is that when I paid my monthly bill 25.00&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/280874"&gt;@KATHY987&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which store you went back to confirm?&amp;nbsp; there is no more PM store around. or no mobile store to take care of PM's account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You login to My Account and confirm that account status is Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is your Mobile data working? sms working? just not voice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there seems to be some voice problem again in the last couple days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try to turn off your phone for 5 mins first, then reboot and test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible try to toggle VoLTE&amp;nbsp; setting on your phone (tiy it with both VoLTE on and off) and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing work, then open ticket with PM Support and have them to refresh your account from the system side.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
