      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve used up my GB of data for this month but my acct says I still have 720MB of data which I bought as an add on.. but my phone isn’t accessing the add-on data and so internet access and texted no longer works when I leave wifi. So frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone explain why? And suggest a quick fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏🏻&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Guess i should have thought of that LOL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should the pubic service&amp;nbsp; automatically switch to the add on data.&amp;nbsp; Doublechecked -&amp;nbsp; have 710 MB left on add-on. and phone doesn't have usage limits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
