It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi. You can at least coonect by phone with key people until PM service is sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then likely your phone just needs to be reset. Try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- rebooting the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- toggle airplane mode off/on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- remove the sim for 5 minutes, then install and reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make/model of your phone? Has service ever worked with this phone? Is it dual sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

While in your account make sure it says "Active" and the plan is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is definitely something weird here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
