      <title>Cannot send/receive calls/texts.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just returned from vacation in US.&amp;nbsp; Purchased roaming add-ons while I was away.&amp;nbsp; They expired on November 28th so I didn't extend them. Now that I am back in Canada I cannot make or receive calls or texts. I have no signal bars showing on my phone. So I added $40 thinking maybe that would solve it... but it did not. I asked Simon and checked if my account was still active... and it is.&amp;nbsp; I have restarted my phone multiple times and also toggled the airplane mode... nothing has worked. So what next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
