      <title>Unable to activate account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new Public Mobile User and cannot activate my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finished the Public Mobile Online Activation procedures following the link :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://activate.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I got an e-mail named "Your Public Mobile Activation Details" and it said&amp;nbsp;that;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- my 4-digit Pin sucessfully registerd&lt;BR /&gt;- Self Service Account sucessfully created&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Auto Pay sucessfully set&amp;nbsp;up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT!! I cannot access &amp;nbsp;my account so that I cannot activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to find&amp;nbsp;my password but my e-mail address was not verified too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is really non-sense because I got an e-mail to exactly same address previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help as soon as possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your time and quick response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
