      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to turn on your cell data. How old is your phone? Make and model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding - are you in the states and did not get a data add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not sure if it is related.&amp;nbsp; Check if you can browser using Mobile data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to use Mobile data, try to power off the phone for 5 mins before powering it up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These may help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
