Just wondering why I am unable to send pictures can send messages but not pictures. Any ideas

You need to turn on your cell data. How old is your phone? Make and model?

Adding - are you in the states and did not get a data add-on?

The phone is a samsung a55 about 4 or 5 years old. It worked the other day sending pictures just won't today. Im in Canada

MMS requires DATA to be on. It will not use your data allowance but it has to be ON.

Go to your the setting menu and check Settings>Connections>Data Usage>check if Mobile Data is enabled.

@sue-s can you confirm if your data is working? There are couple posts today about data not working. Not sure if it is related. Check if you can browser using Mobile data

If you are unable to use Mobile data, try to power off the phone for 5 mins before powering it up

@sue-s - finicky device issue maybe?

Try going into and out of airplane mode, a reset of the device' network settings, or remove and replace the SIM card into the phone. These may help.
